The “raison d’être” of an organisation are diverse but everyone will agree that having committed and fulfilled employees to achieve the organisation’s goals are what is sought for. One of the means is to create work conditions for employees from several national backgrounds to feel welcome and included. Indeed, several studied have shown that a diverse and inclusive work environment is profitable for both employees and companies.
What do we mean by an inclusive company and a diverse workforce? How can HR leaders in Finland put the topic of diversity and inclusion on corporate strategy agenda ? What are the tools at their disposal and what actions can they take to implement this strategy?
 
Our panelists will share concrete actions taken at their workplace, which contributed to infuse this mindset at different levels of the company
