The EAPM is a network association and the body for European human resource management and the people profession. It forms a European umbrella body of national HR related organisations and facilitates experience exchange without profit or commercial gain. It is a purely professional, not-for-profit organisation independent of all employers’, trade union, state or political bodies.
EAPM members share a commitment to the value of the people management profession; this commitment is to support the development and performance of individuals, companies and societies.
The EAPM pursues the goal of improving the quality of HR management and development and improving professional standards of practice. EAPM members are deeply and directly involved with the implementation of the reforms of labour markets and have to address issues of globalisation and an ageing population. EAPM encourages strong leadership and the exchange of best practises in Europe.
