CVs, cover letters, and take-home tasks are getting harder to trust. Candidates can now polish all of them with AI tools. Work samples, short tasks that look like the real job, are one way to see what a person can actually do. But they only work if they are built and judged well.

In this webinar, we will take one real job description and turn it into a short work task together. We will agree on what a good answer looks like and how to compare candidates fairly. I will also share what research says about work samples compared with CVs, tests, and interviews, including where they are weaker than people often think. You will leave with a simple method you can try in your next hiring process. The webinar is in English.

About the speaker:
Taras Zagibalov is the founder of Oppi AI, a Lahti-based startup that builds work simulations for hiring. He holds a PhD in natural language processing from the University of Sussex. He has worked as a university teacher, as Head of AI and Data at Kontrad, and as co-founder of an EdTech startup. He is a member of HENRY.
