Business Finland and the Embassy of India has announced a series of events under the Finland Meets India umbrella. Talent attraction and recruitment of Indian professionals are important topics, contributing, amongst other initiatives, to solve the Finnish talent shortage problems.

The International Chapter of HENRY has an important role to play by giving voice to Indian HR professionals & hiring managers living in Finland to share their best practices and points of views on this topic. It is crucial for us, as an international-minded HR community in Finland, to hear their experiences and reflect collectively on how to attract, hire and retain the best Indian talent.

This session will be filled with practical examples and approaches that can be adopted by any organization in Finland.
