There is a widening gap between what young workers expect from employers when it comes to purpose and what they believe employers are actually doing.

Join researcher Ira Sood to hear about ‘The Purpose Gap’ report, what young talent is looking for and how businesses can narrow the divide to retain their talent.

In this session you learn:

- How young employees define purposeful work?
- To what extent they believe their employer’s proclaimed positions in employee well-being, DEI, social impact, and climate change are genuine?
- Top reasons young people burn out at their workplace (and may leave)
- How can organizations support sense of purpose to retain their talent?
The session is in English.
