The event is hosted by HELBUS which is a private business school founded in 2012 and today fully owned by the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce. At the beginning of the event, CEO Kari Jääskeläinen is introducing us to HELBUS school and study programs. You will also have the excellent opportunity to meet HELBUS international students and staff members. The presentation language is English. 
 
Our inspirational guest speaker for the evening is Paula Kilpinen. She will explain to us what human-centric strategy is and why we need more humanized ways to lead.  
 
Paula Kilpinen (D.Sc.) is an executive advisor, business coach, and writer with a passion for a more humane working life. She has served as CEO, strategic advisor, researcher, and business coach, and has coached dozens of companies and hundreds of executives. Her book Humanizing strategy was one of the five finalists for the best business book 2021-22 award. Currently, Paula is working as Director of Custom solutions at Henley Business School Finland.
