Compensation and pay transparency practices in different countries around the world
Dear HENRY members
Pay transparency is a hot topic among HR professionals and for organizations around the world. Especially the discussion about the gender wage gap has drawn additional attention to pay transparency issues lately. Thats why the Center for Human Resource Management at the University of Lucerne (Switzerland) and the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University (USA) are conducting a study on compensation and pay transparency practices in different countries around the world (e.g., Switzerland, Germany, France, Poland, USA), which is kindly supported by HENRY.
You can fill in the questionnaire online in English and for completing the questionnaire you will need approximately 20 minutes. Your answers will be analyzed anonymously and treated in full confidentiality. As a small thank you, we will provide a country and global study report to all participants of the study.
